Mindfulness 4/3 – Beloved Autonomy

This is a bonus to the recent mindfulness challenge.

Having done three parts, I realize that I covered a lot of material in the last one, and it might just put people to sleep, as they aren’t accustomed to using abstract data processing facilities of the neo-prefrontal cortex.

Or, it will be too shallow to give anyone a practical guide.

“Beloved Autonomy” is encapsulated well in the five verses of Psalms 127. It is contradicted by “sacrifice for service to others”, which is the way of Bael-Peor, and the basis of blood-letting sub-cultures, which lead to the downfall of many ancient civilizations.

A focus on life, for mature people, may include a reclaiming of sexual activity. However, sexual activity is less than one tenth of the power of the hosted (i.e. incarnate) human being.

Dance, or rather, fine motion, is the real key to living.

From the time we are born, we are learning to move in precise manners. Timing, precision, balance, harmony within, and flow of motion, are all keys to learning how to walk.

No right-thinking person would suggest that a two-year old child is a sexual being, but the locomotive activity generally out-classes adults, even athletic ones.

Yet, many nowadays want to make sexual intercourse the basis of their “new age” philosophy. This is nothing new, it was a mistake that ancient civilizations often fell into. A focus on sex, rather than locomotion. A narrowing of vision.

Writing, reading, playing musical instruments, sleeping comfortably, are all extensions of the concept of “fine motion”. Thus, they are forms of “divine dance”, which is the dance of the nerves, neurons, and energies within the body to express the results intended.

It is great that people are learning the joys of divinely present sexual intercourse, and masturbation, on a wider scale than the closed doors of various cults… but sex is a relatively minor part of life.

Eureka and fu (effort sustained over the long term) are the keys to development and education.

So, unlock your potential by resting well, and often, and studying deeply, producing the fine motions: writings, dances, songs, musical arrangements, sculptures, what have you…. that will foster the sustaining of development, and expand your capabilities in a physical manner.

Even if you have been inhibited physically, to read and speak are also divine dances.

Don’t squander that ability on fear and failure based media.
